Tenders are invited for Caterpillar Generator Maintenance And Load Testing Hillsborough County Intends To Recommend The Award Of A Sole Source Procurement To Ring Power Corporation, From The Effective Date Of The Approved Contract Through December 31, 2026, At A Total Cost Of $37,527.04 For Scheduled Maintenance And Load Bank Testing For Caterpillar Brand Generators. Engineering & Operations Has Two (2) Permanently Installed Generators That Require Two (2) Annual Maintenance And Load Bank Tests During This Contract Period. This Procurement Is Being Made In Accordance With Section 3-205(2)(E) Of The County’S Procurement Policy And Is Considered A Sole Source Procurement As The Original Equipment Manufacturer’S Authorized Representative, Ring Power Corporation, Shall Perform Maintenance And Load Bank Testing For Existing Generators And Is Only Reasonably Provided From Ring Power Corporation. The County Reserves The Right To Extend The Time Period Further, Adjust The Scope Of Services In Response To Changing Conditions And Updated Requirements, And Increase The Resulting Award Accordingly Nigp 936 Equipment Maintenance And Repair Services For General Equipment
