1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Reconstruction Of The Chapel Saint. Onufry Damaged During The Flood 2. The Object So Far Served As A Public Administration Building, The Registry Office Of The Silesian Commune, In The Past, It Was A Chapel That Acted As Religious Worship. 3. The Building Was Destroyed As A Result Of The Flood, On September 15, 2024 And At The Moment Is Excluded From Use. 4. In December 2024 This Facility Was Secured Against Winter As Part Of Ad Hoc Protection From The Funds Of The Lower Silesian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments And It Was The First Stage Of Work Securing The Building After The Flood. 5. The Reconstruction Of The Facility Under This Study Is The Second Stage Of Security Works And Aims To Restore The Object To Its State Before The Flood. 6. The Intended Use Of The Facility Will Remain The Same And It Will Continue To Act As The Registry Office In Stronie Śląskie As A Public Administration Building In The Facility, Only Wedding Ceremonies Will Take Place. 7. The Facilitys Utility Program Will Remain The Same And Was Adapted To The Function It Will Perform. 8. Directly In The Floor Of This Building, In The Mainly Preserved Body Body, There Is The Main Wedding Hall Of Nawa Główna. 9.
