2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Spried In The Town Of Godzianów Together With The Construction Of A Water Supply Network And A Felling Of Trees. The Road Will Be Conducted On Plots 676 And 1211, Precinct Godzianów. The Building Of The Water Supply Network Will Be Conducted In Ul. Sports, Spring And Larch, Journal Of Laws No. 1211 (Ul. Sportowa), 676 (Ul. Dudzłana), 675/2 (Ul. Modrzewiowa) Precinct Godzianów. Realization Of The Task Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Requires Cutting Of Trees, Which Directly Conflict With The Rebuilt Road And The Water Supply. Trees Requiring Clippings In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Are Marked On The Land Use Plan Constituting An Attachment To Swz. The Scored Wood Should Be Cut Into Pieces 1 - 1.5 M In Length And Handed Over To Skr Square (Address: Ul. Sportowa 28, 96-126 Tanjów). Waste After Cutting (Leaves, Branches) Should Be Crushed And Utilized. The Time Of The Tree Felling Must Be Carried Out In The Presence Of The Contracting Representative. A Protocol Will Be Drawn Up On The Section And Transfer Activities. The Cutting Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Decision Of The Increase 613.21.2025.Bł. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1. The Order Of The Contract Also Includes, Among Others The Ordering Party At The Latest Until The Day Of Final Acceptance, • Execution Of As -Built Documentation, • Performing Annual Reviews Of The Subject Of The Contract, On Dates Set Out With The Employer, During The Warranty Period, • Exercising Photographic Documentation Of The Stages Of The Task, Which Will Be Moved To The Employer On The End Receipt, • Arranging All Formalities, Permits And Acceptance, Obtaining The Required Law, Permission And Decisions. Development Of A Temporary Traffic Organization In The Field Of Work, • Cutting Out Trees In Accordance With The Decision Of The Increase 613.21.2025. Bł Of 22.05.2025, • Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Factory New Hydrant Stand Dn80 Double With Valves. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Specific Material, Product Or Device, Or A Specific Standard, Technical And Quality Guidelines And The Ordering Party In Relation To The Parameters Or Data, Norms (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Technical Documentation, Indirectly Identifying The Material Or Directly Material, The Product Or Device Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Technical Data And Parameters And The Standards Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. As Equivalent Solutions, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Technical Documentation, Functionally Possible To Use In The Subject Of The Order.
