1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Delivery Of An Electric Vehicle Intended For The Implementation Of Control And Pattern Activities By The Municipal Guard Of The Liszki Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz.3. Along With The Car, The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Documentation Necessary For The Use Of The Car For Its Intended Purpose. 4. The Costs Of Checking The Car, Test Drive And Training Are Entirely Charged To The Contractor. The Training Will Take Place At The Contractors Headquarters. 5. The Collection Of The Car Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of The Contractor. 6. The Car Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Technical Conditions Provided For By The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland For Passenger Cars Traveling On Public Roads And The Conditions Provided For By The Provisions Of Community Law In The European Union For This Type Of Car. 7.
