Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Children And Youth To Schools In The 2025/2026 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Children And Young People To Schools In The Mieroszów Commune As Well As Children And Disabled Youth To The Institution In A New Saddle In The 2025/20262 School Year. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Service, Which Includes The Provision Of Transport Services With Rolling Stock Adapted To Collective Transport Services In Order To Bring Students From The Place Of Residence To Schools And From Schools To The Place Of Residence. 3. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 12 To Swz.4. The Order Can Only Be Carried Out Using Drivers Who Have Not Been Convicted Of Crimes Related To Violation Of The Provisions Of The Act On Counteracting Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors. 5. Pursuant To Ordinance No. 55/2025 Of The Mayor Of Mieroszów Of April 3, 2025, The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Employees Delegated To The Implementation Of The Task With Standards Of Minor Protection During The Transport Of Students To Schools And Kindergartens - Annex 13 To Swz And Obtain An Individually From Each Of Them A Statement On Getting To Know The Standards And Admission To Use (Annex 6 To The Standards) Transfer Them To The Employer Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract. 6. Registration Regarding Para. 5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Each Time In The Event Of A Change Or Introduction Of A New Employee For The Implementation Of Services Related To The Task. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Insurance Against Civil Liability In Respect Of The Conducted Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Enabling Damage To The Damage That May Arise In Connection With The Performance And Performance Of The Contract In Question For The Sum Insured Corresponding To At Least Gross Contractual Contract. By A Set Of Insurance Documents, The Parties Accept An Insurance Policy (Or Another Document Issued By The Insurer Confirming The Conclusion Of The Insurance Contract) Together With The Attachments - Evidence Of Contributions
