1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation, Delivery And Issue Of Dinners For Children From The Primary School Włodzimierz Potocki In Sękocin And Meals As Part Of The Poorest Childs Nutritional Program Implemented By The Employer In The Field Of: A) Preparation, Delivery And Issuing Of Dinners For Children From The Primary School. Włodzimierz Potocki In Sękocin - Settlements Directly With Parents/ Legal Guardians Of Children In The Scope Of Loading To The Boiler Using The Startedu Application, B) Preparation, Delivery And Issuing Of Dinners For Children As Part Of The Program For Feeding The Poorest Children Financed By The Contracting Authority, C) Providing Available Canteen Rooms - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Equip The Kitchen And Canols. Issuing Meals In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations - Devices For Maintaining The Temperature Of Released Meals, Dishwasher, Brewers, Tables And Chairs For Canteen Rooms, Tableware And Cutlery For The Entire Duration Of The Contract2. The Service In Question Includes The Provision Of Services Involving The Preparation, Delivery And Issuing Of Meals In The Amount Of 270 Dinner Portions Per Day. Subject Of The Order: 270 Dinners A Day X 186 Days = 50220 Dinners During The School Year, 5 Dinners A Day X 186 Days = 930 Dinners For Children Covered By The Nutrition Program Of The Poorest Children. The Service Will Be Implemented From 25.09. 2025 To 25.06.2026 On School Days In Accordance With The Calendar Of The School Year. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure And Provide The Ordered Number Of Meals For A Given Day And Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For Actually Ordered And Delivered Meals. Minding In Relation To Meals: 1. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare, Deliver And Spend Dinners Consisting Of: Soup, Second Course And Compote Or Water With Lemon To Choose And At Least Once A Week Of Dessert In The Form Of Fruit Or Cookie. It Is Also Required To Sell Meals Consisting Of Soup Itself Or The Second Course Itself. 6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare, Deliver And Issue Meals: 1) A Two -Course Meal - Only A Subscription (Parents Cover The Cost Of The Loading To The Boiler, Co -Financing Of The Raszyn Commune For The Remaining Costs Of Preparing A Meal), 2) A Two -Course Meal Taking Into Account Specialist Diets (So -Called Replacement Dishes) - Only A Subscription (Parents Cover The Cost Of The Inclination To The Boiler Raszyn For The Remaining Costs Of Preparing A Meal), 3) The Possibility Of Partial Redemption Of A Meal, I.E. The Second Course Itself Or The Soup Itself - Payment Only In Cash (It Is Not Subject To Funding By The Raszyn Commune), 4) No Possibility Of Buying A Two -Course Or Partial Meal Once, I.E. The Second Dish Or The Soup Itself Taking Into Account Specialist Diets (So -Called Interchangeable Dishes).
