The Task Includes: 1. Sweeping The Paved Territory And Maintaining The Cleanliness And Order Of The Area In Its Immediate Surroundings Along With The Cleaning Of Bus Bays (I.E. At A Distance Of Up To 5 M From The Outline Of The Bus Shelter, Stop Bay Or Within A Radius Of 5 M From The Stop Pole). Stops Located In The City Should Be Kept In A Permanent Order, While In The Village Council The Frequency Of Cleaning Should Be 1 Once A Week; 2. Removal Of Grass Hyperplasia, Weeds From The Stop And In Its Immediate Surroundings (I.E. At A Distance Of Up To 5 M From The Outline Of The Bus Shelter, Stop Bay Or Within A Radius Of 5 M From The Stop Pole); 3. Emptying Garbage Bins With A Capacity Of Approx. 50 L, Located At Communication Stops (Washing And Disinfection Of Baskets, Replacement Of Damaged Baskets/Assembly Of New Baskets That The Contracting Authority Will Provide). Baskets (Approx. 100 Pcs) Should Be Emptied: At Stops Located In The City On A Regular Basis - I.E. Not Allowing The Baskets To Overflow (The Last Emptying Of The Baskets Should Take Place At: Winter - 21.00, Summer - 23.00), While In The Village Councils With A Frequency Of 1 Once A Week; 4. Care Of Plants In Pots For 7 Eco -Green Stops Located In Śrem (Ul. Piłsudskiego - 2 Pcs, Ul. Mickiewicza - 1 Pcs., Kilińskiego Street - 1 Pcs., Staszica Ul. 1 Pcs., Wyr. Ul. Chłapowskiego - 2 Pcs), Including Watering Plants, Weeding And Cleaning Of Pots. Cleansing Of Old Paint/Impregnation And Re -Painting Wooden Pots And Seats At 5 Stops: At Ul. Piłsudskiego, Ul. Mickiewicza, Ul. Kilińskiego And Ul. Staszica In Śrem. Colors In Agreement With The Ordering Party. 5. Putting Waste Transfer Cards At The Request Of The Employer; 6. Removal Of Impurities Resulting During The Work On The Waste Landfill; 7. In Winter, Snow Removal, Removal Of Ice And Glaciations Around Stops (Up To 5 M From The Outline Of The Bus Shelter Or Within A Radius Of 5 M From The Bus Stop), As Well As On The Surface Guaranteeing Safe Boarding And Off Travelers, Removing Snow From The Roofing Of Stop Sheds. Snow Should Be Removed: From Stops In The City Within 3 Hours Of Termination Of Rainfall, From Stops In The Village Councils Within 24 Hours Of Precipitation. The Mixture For Alleviating The Effects Of Glaciation Is Provided By The Contractor. The Place Of Snow Export Is Organized By The Contractor; 8. Keeping The Structure Of Stops Clean By Washing And Removing Impurities (Washing The Entire Shelter Structure Made Of Polycarbonate With A Roof), Washing The Posts With The Information Board - The Service Should Be Performed 4 Times During The Contract - In August 2025 And In April 2026, Within Dates Previously Agreed With The Employer).
