The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Renovation Of The Facade, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery Together With The Renovation Of External Stairs In The Building At Ul. Kościuszki 97 In Suwałki, Which Is Owned By The City Of Suwałki. 2. The Detailed Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz - A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Hereinafter Referred To As Opz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Duties Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. 4. Due To The Fact That The Documentation Developed By The Contractor, It Will Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting An Attachment To Swz For The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Documentation In Such A Way That It Meets All The Requirements Of The Pzp Act. 5.
