1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Student Nutrition Service Along With Running A Canteen At Primary School No. 340 Professor Bogusław Molski. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz.3. Meals Will Be Prepared In The Kitchen Run By The Contractor: 1) In Building A (Entrance At Bażantarni Street) At Ul. Lokajskiego 3 W (02-793) Warsaw; I2) In Building B (Entrance At Belgradzka Street) At Ul. Lokajskiego 3 W (02-793) Warsaw;- Which Will Be Hired By The Contractor On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement, Whose Designed Provisions Were Contained In Annex 2B. The Applicant Obliges The Contractor To Prepare Meals Only In The Kitchens Indicated Above. 4. The Employer In This Order Uses A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing The Following Activities During The Performance Of The Contract: 1) Preparing And Cooking Meals; 2) Issuing Meals; 3) Preparing A Menu;- With The Exception Of The Situation In Which The Above-Mentioned Activities Are Performed By The Contractor Being A Natural Person Conducting Business Activity. 5. Pursuant To Ordinance No. 1302/2017 Of The President Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of August 3, 2017 On Determining The Conditions For Using Canteens In Kindergartens And Schools Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And The Authorization Of School And Kindergarten Directors To Release From Meal Fees: 1) The Fee For The Bunch Of The Boiler In The Pre -School Ward In The Primary School Cannot Be Higher Than Pln 17 Gross; 2) The Fee For Bidding To The Boiler At Primary School May Not Be Higher Than Pln 15 Gross.
