Nakło - Turzyn - Brańszczyk - Number Of People - 55 (Students - 54 And 1 Guardian); 2) Primary School In Poręba: - Poręba Medium - Poręba Kocyby - Szarzynek - Sag - Dudowizna - Poręba Medium - Number Of People - 65 (Students - 64 And 1 Guardian) 3) Primary School In Białystybłat: - New Village - Distant Feature Village - Number Of People - 12 (Students - 11, Including 1 Disabled Child In A Wheelchair And 1 Guardian), 4) Primary School In Knurowiec: - Knurowiec - Budykierz - Knurowiec - Number Of People - 12 (Students - 11 And 1 Guardian) 5) Primary School In Trzcianka: - Trzcianka- Father -In -Law - Trzcianka - Number - 6 (Students - 5 And 1 Guardian) Total Number: 145; Total Number Of Carers: 5; Total Number Of People: 150.2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Order Of Routes, Their Course And Hours Of Imports, Which Will Be Determined After Developing Lesson Plans And The Number Of People Transported After Taking Into Account Recruitment To Schools. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Work Off Schools On Saturdays. The Contractor Will Be Notified Of The Occurrence Of Saturday Working No Later Than 5 Days Before A Given Saturday. 3. General Order Requirements. 1) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Services Rendered, 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Transported Person With The Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions And Driving Comfort, In Accordance With The Provisions And Principles Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002, On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law. 4) Buses, Vehicles That The Contractor Will Perform The Contract Should Have Current Technical Tests Allowing The Vehicle To Move Throughout The Entire Order Processing Period. Passenger Seats, Heating And Ventilation System, Fully Technically Functional, And The Technical Condition Of The Vehicles Should Meet The Conditions For Admission To Road Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Provisions On Road Transport, Which Should Be Confirmed By The Contractors Possession Of Current Valid Technical Tests Of Each Of The Vehicles Used To Perform The Order. 7) Contractor Pursuant To Art. 21 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802), People Performing Activities Related To The Delivery And Deed Of Students (I.E.
