Part I Orders: Purchase With Furniture Delivery And Assembly And Other Equipment 3.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of The Following Equipment To The Local Government Kindergarten: - Purchase With Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Other Equipment - Part And Order 3.1.2. Requirements For The Performance Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered Directly To The Places And Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Employer In Quantities And The Assortment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Bring To The Indicated Room. 2) The Subject Of The Contract Will Provide The Contractor With His Own Means Of Transport, At His Own Expense And Risk, And Will Assemble The Subject Of The Contract (According To The Requirements Of The Employer). The Contractor Bears The Liability For Damages During Transport; 3) The Assortment Provided Should Meet All The Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Attachments To Swz In The Full Range; All Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Should Be Treated As Minimal; 4) The Offered Assortment Must Have Any Approvals Required By Law, Tests, Ce Certificates For Which This Is Required. The Assortment Must Be Brand New Without Signs Of Use, It Cannot Be Post -Leasing And Exhibition. 5) All Furniture Components Must Be Made Of Anti -Allergic, Antitoxic, Bacteriostatic, Resistant To Damage, Abrasion Materials. 6) In Terms Of Parts And Contract - Furniture Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport Of December 31, 2002 On Safety And Hygiene In Public And Private Schools And Institutions (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1604), And Resulting From § 9 Para. 3 I.E. Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. Stainless Steel Furniture Should Have A Health Quality Certificate Or An Equivalent Document Confirming That Products With The Offered Composition Used As Intended Do Not Pose A Threat To Human Health. Certificates/Approvals/Test Results/Certificate The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver At The Latest At The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. Note: Certificates/Approvals/Test Results/Certificates Must Apply To A Specific Product (I.E. Furniture, Furniture Set) And Not The Element From Which It Is Made, E.G. Plates. 7) Furniture Should Be Correctly Combined And Tailored To The Growth Of Preschoolers. They Cannot Even Create A Potential Mechanical And Chemical Threat, I.E. They Cannot Have Acute Points And Edges That Could Cause Abrasions And Cut Wounds; Performances And Incorrectly Designed Furniture Elements, E.G. Frames That May Cause Injuries Caused By Falling As A Result Of Attachment Of A Childs Clothes Or A Childs Trip; Chemical Threats That May Arise As A Result Of The Use Of Furniture For Materials Containing Toxic Substances In Paints, Varnishes Or Plas
