The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Construction Of A Building Of The Poultry Center For The Faculty Of Animal Breeding And Biology. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build System. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Implementation Of The Order In The Scope Of: 1) Basic (Guaranteed): A) Consisting In The Development Of Project Documentation And Obtaining A Final Building Permit For The Basic Part And The Option (Phase I Design); B) Consisting In The Implementation Of The Provided For The Developed Documentation Of Works In The Basic Scope (Phase Ii Build), Which Includes: Construction Of A Building Of The Poultry Center, Access, Access, Access, Access, Access, Access, Access. Hardening And Other Infrastructure According To The Drawings Of The Concept, Description Of The Pfu And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Implemented As Part Of The Option, Consisting In The Implementation Of The Provided For The Documentation Of Works In The Scope Covered By The Option (Phase Ii Build), Which Includes Construction Works In The Field Of Pv Installation Up To 50Kwp On The Roof Of The Poultry Center
