The Subject Of The Contract Are Finishing Works Of A Building With A Common And Integration Function Located In Niemiri In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex 7 To This Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Insulation Of External Walls, Painting Internal Walls, Laying Tiles And Terracotta, Performing Sanitary And Partly Electric Works. The Investment Is Located On Registration Plots No. 241, The Registration Unit 143501_2Brańszczyk, Niemira Registration. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industries. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Number Of Works And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex 7 To Swz. Principal Technical Data: Built -Up Area: 145.40 M2 Understood 2) Usable Area: 120.90 M2 Sign 5) Maximum Height Of The Building: 4.77 M Heart Rate 6) The Angle Of The Roof Slopes: 10ºten 7) Number Of Floors: 1 (Note: Due To The Flat -Rate Nature Of The Remuneration, The Contracting Authority Provides The Number Of Works As Illustrative - Information Materials); Note: The Construction Design Of The Village Louty Covers The Entire Scope Of Works Necessary To Build And Commission The Object. On The Other Hand, The Subject Of The Contract Covers Only Stage Ii Of The Implementation, I.E. External And Internal Finishing Works. Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract - Contractors Requirements: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Independently Analyze The Project Documentation, Assess The Scope And Amount Of Works And The Amount Of Materials Used Before Submitting The Offer. The Contracting Authority Does Not Cover The Costs Associated With It. 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works Performed, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract. Due Diligence Is Required When Fulfilling The Obligations Of The Contract. 3) The Contractor Will Provide Geodetic Support For The Construction At His Own Expense. 4) The Contractor Will Develop Waste Generated During The Execution Of Works On His Own And At His Own Expense.
