The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Transport Of Pre -School Children To The Kindergarten Of The Obllegnica Field And Transporting Students To The School And Kindergarten Team - The Primary School In The Legnica Field Of Włikołajowice And In Bartoszów, The Dolnośląskie Voivodeship (In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Legnica Commune Council Of 30.09.2019, Which Is Part Of The School And Pre -School Team In Legnica) Covering Transport And Care During The Transport Of Children And Students To Individual Educational Institutions, I.E. The Kindergarten Of The Field And Schools: In The Legnica Field, Mikołajowice And Bartoszów On The Routes Specified In Chapter Vi Of The Description Of The Order Of The Contract. 3. The Transport Of Children And Students Will Take Place On The Days Of Didactic And Educational Classes (Hereinafter: Classes) Established By The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport Of April 18, 2002 On The Organization Of The Year-Of-Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2002, No. 46, Item 432, As Amended), Based On The Timetable Developed By The Contractor Isathered By The Contracting Authority. 4 Transport Will Be Implemented On Business Days, During The 2025/2026 School Year, Excluding Holidays, Holidays, Interrupts, Days Off And Days On Which Classes Will Not Take Place Due To The Circumstances Of Events Epidemic Epidemic Or State Of Emergency, Incl. Sars-Cov-2 Virus Or A Disease Caused By Thymwirus (Covid-19), Or Other Virus And The Disease Caused By It, And In The Case Of Remote Teaching Or Hybrid Teaching. In The Case Of Working Out School Classes On Another Day, Free From Classes, The Executive Will Be Connected To The Transport To Students And Children In Accordance With The Arrangements With Persons Representing Institutional Institutions Covered By This Order. 5. The Contractor Will Provide At His Own Expense And On His Own, The Care Of An Adult (Guardian) During Transporters To Schools, On Each Bus. The Bus Driver Cannot Care. 6. In The Event Of A Bus Failure, The Contractor Will Provide A Substitute Bus Within A Maximum Of 60 Minutes From The Moment Of The Failure. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Its Implementation Were Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contractual Manner Of Annex 1 To Swz And In The Public Procurement Agreement Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
