1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Pn Task: Construction Of A Multi -Level Park & Ride Car Park At Kolejowa Street In Miechów In The Design And Build Formula, Including Project Documentation With All Required Laws Required And Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision, Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works, Performing All Construction Works, Together With The Decision Using/Submitting A Construction Completion (In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Building Permit Decision And The Requirements Of The Construction Law). 2. The Investment Will Be Implemented On Plots No. 312/20, 312/25, 312/27, 312/28 Miechów Precinct, Miechów Commune In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 3. The Investment Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Low -Emisian Urban Transport System Together With The Expansion Of The P&R Car Park At The Miechów Railway Station. The Employer Informs That If During The Development Of Project Documentation For The Task It Is Necessary To Detach/Expand The Name Of The Task, This Name Should Always Be Introduced In The Provision Of The Low -Emission Urban Transport System Together With The Expansion Of The P&R Car Park At The Miechów Railway Station 4. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Lesser Poland Voivodeship As Part Of The Project: Femp.03.02-Iz.00-0233/24, Program: European Funds For Lesser Poland 2021-2027, Recruitment Number Femp.03.02-Iz.00-034/24, Priority European Funds For Urban Transport, Action: City Transport, Type Of Project: A. City Transport, European Regional Development Fund. 5. The Investment Will Consist Of Design And Construction, In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In Pfu, A Multi -Level Building (4 Floors) Of The Garage/Parking Lot Park & Ride Together With Internal And External Installations And Land Development With The Number Of Parking Spaces 200 For Passenger Cars, Including: • 8 Places For Disabled People, • 14 External Places For Electric Vehicles With The Possibility Of Charging - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points - 2 Points Charging (1 Charging Station X 2 Points), Additionally: • 12 Bicycle Places, • 8 Places For Motorcycles, • 4 Places For Coaches. 6. The Building Will Be Equipped With A Pv Installation Not Exceeding 150 Kw (Approx. 330 Photovoltaic Panels) With A 97 Kwh Energy Storage Warehouse And 100 Kw, To Power The Electric Vehicle Charging Station And Object. 7. The Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Platform Of The Railway Station With A Covered And Illuminated Pedestrian Footbridge Adjacent To One Of The Two Staircases. 8. The Built -In Travelers Infrastructure Will Take Into Account The Needs Of People With Limited Mobility. 9. The Scope Of Design Solutions Includes, Among Others: • Acquiring The Necessary Foundations/Geodetic Maps, Excerpts, Extract From The Geodetic Resources Of The Poviat Eldership And Pkp; • Execution Of A Situational And Cylinder Map Fo
