The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Developing A Technical Expertise Of The Structure And Building Elements, Updating Multi -Branch Executive Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes (As Part Of The Law) To Prepare Answers To The Questions Of Bidders In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Conducted On The Basis Of The Pzp Act (Option 1) And/Or Performing The Function Of Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation Developed As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement (Option 2).
