1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A Multi -Family Residential Building Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Located In Nowa Ruda At Ul. Wiejska, Registration Number: 23/6, (Am-6), 7-Loop Precinct, Registration Unit: Nowa Ruda-City. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works For Execution Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 9 To Swz) 3. In Addition, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Design Documentation (Annex 10 To Swz), Housing Finishing Standards (Annex 12 To Swz) And In The Contract Template (Annex 8 To Swz). 4. Needs Of Works Were Attached To The Documentation Of The Procedure As An Auxiliary Document For Contractors. The Execution Of Construction Works That Have Not Been Specified In The Pre -Emptive Of Works And Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Project, Technical Design, Detailed Technical Specifications Does Not Require A Separate Contract And Must Be Calculated In A Flat -Rate Remuneration (Will Not Be Rewarded In Addition). 5. After The Local Vision, The Employers Employee Will Draw Up A Relevant Statement About The Local Vision By A Given Contractor. The Employer Does Not Provide For A Situation In Which The Contractor Will Conduct A Local Vision Without Informing And The Presence Of The Employer. The Contracting Authority Must Be Present During The Local Vision Of Each Contractor, Because Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Reject The Contractors Offer Who Did Not Take A Local Vision. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant The Construction Works Performed, Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, A Quality Guarantee For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. The Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers.
