The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Secretariat And The Premises Of The Office Of The Commander Of The Municipal Guard In Gdańsk At 54/60 Elbląska Street The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Performance Of The Task, Including, Among Others, Demolition And Disassembly Works, 2) Construction And Assembly Works, 3) Distributing The Electrical Installation Adapted To The New Arrangement. Rooms, 4) Assembly Of New Lighting And Emergency Lighting, 5) Execution Of A Water And Sewage System For The Needs Of The Designed Kitchenette (Connection To The Water Installation Located A Floor Below In The Bathroom, To The Vertical Located Behind The Wall Of The Room), 6) Finishing Works. The Contractor As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit For The Use Of Building Facilities Orders Or To Notify The Building Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Have Been Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
