1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Thermomodernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Rzgów. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation And Then The Execution Of Works As Part Of The Implementation In The Design And Build System Of The Building Of The Building Volunteer Fire Brigade In Rzgów As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Thermo -Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Rzgów Rationalization Of Energy Consumption. Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out On The Functioning Facility. All Final Versions Of The Projects (Along With Stamps And Signatures) Should Also Be Provided To The Employer In An Electronic Version In An Non -Edited Form (Pdf) - Scans Of The Signed Documentation And Editable (Dwg). The Contractors Duties Also Include The Preparation Of Complete As -Built Documentation (2 Sets), Including From The Following Documents:- A Collaudation Report Containing A Table Of Contents And The Content Of The As-Built Documentation Prepared:- As-Built Documentation Must Be Stamped With Stamps As-Built Documentation;- As-Built Documentation Should Be Submitted In The Described Binders;- All Material Applications Must Be Provided With The Description Of Materials As Part Of The Thermomodernization Of The Volunteer Guard.
