The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Formula Design And Build Consisting In The Construction Of 12 External Gyms In The Municipalities Of The Kalisko-Ostrowska Agglomeration. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor- Stage I- Is Obliged To Comprehensively Develop The Design Documentation For The Development Of The Area For The Installation Of External Gyms, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994- Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended), In Particular:- Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes (If Required),- Obtaining All Necessary By Law: Opinions, Decisions, Technical Conditions, Implementation Of Land Development Projects, After Prior Inventory And In Agreement With The Employer,- Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On The Building Permit/Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Together With A Certificate Of Not Providing Comments. He Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works - To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation, Covering The Implementation Of 12 External Gyms, Consisting Of 4 Devices (Total 48 Devices, Including: 12 X Runner, 12 X Orbiters, 12 X Sitting Sitting - Double, 12 X Bike) In 12 Locations (Public Places) At The Kalisz -Ostrowa Agglomeration.
