1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Psychotherapeutic Services To Conduct Individual Psychotherapeutic Therapies With Children And Youth. These Services Will Be Provided As Part Of The Rybnik Synergy-Strengthening Of Foster Care Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund+). Duration Of The Project From July 1, 2025 To June 30, 2027 2. Individual Psychotherapeutic Therapies Will Include Conducting Therapy In The Following Areas: - Anxiety Disorders, - Trauma, - Obsessive -Compulsive Disorder, - Post -Traumatic Stress Disorder - Ptsd, - Mood Disorders, Including Depression And Other, - Eating Disorders, - Psychomotor Hyperactivity Disorder (Adhd), Opposition -Bunting, - Behavioral Disorders, - Involuntary Soaking, - Pollution, - Tics, - Overall Developmental Disorders (Autism, Asperger Syndrome), - Educational And Educational Problems, - Computer/Internet Addiction, - Experimenting With Psychoactive Substances (Alcohol, Drugs, Medicines, Etc.) Supporting The Development Of A Small Child (Such As Si, Wwr),- Other Disorders Reported By The Contracting Authority, Which May Result From The Complex Current Situation, Correlated With Growth In Foster Care System. 3. Services Of Individual Psychotherapeutic Therapies Will Be Provided To Children And Adolescents In The Age Range From 0 To 21 Years. 4. Participants Of Individual Psychotherapeutic Therapies May Be People With Various Types Of Disability. The Concise Scope Of The Order Is Determined By Swz With Attachments.
