Educational 3.A/ The Total Length Of The Daily Transport And Transport Route Of Children Is About 146.8 Km (The Sum Of The Length Of The Routes Of All Buses) .B/ The Service Will Be Provided On Schools, I.E. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Four Buses, But In The Event Of A Simultaneous Failure Of Both Basic Buses, The Contractor Will Immediately Substitute An Additional Fourth Reserve Bus, To Which All Swz Provisions And Contract Are Applied, As To The Other Three. E/ In The Event Of A Bus Failure, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Repair Or Substitute A Replacement Vehicle That Meets All The Conditions For Transporting Children And Fulfilling The Order In As Short As Possible, Indicated In The Offer. The Contractor Notifies The Contracting Authority Immediately (On The Same Day) About The Failure. In The Event Of Exceeding The Time Limits, Contractual Penalties Apply As In The Draft Contract. I/ The Contractor Will Have At Least Two Persons (Bus Drivers) Who Must Have All The Rights To Transport People Provided For By Law, Appropriate Qualifications And Experience. Bus Drivers Must Be Employed Under An Employment Contract .J/ The Contractor Should Fully Observe The Safety Of All Transported Students In The Vehicle, Secure Care And All Means To Provide First Aid While The Students Stay In The Vehicle. The Contractor Will Have At Least Two People - Childrens Carers: Not Punished, With Good Opinion And Having Full Civil Rights.
