The Contracting Authority Requires That The Order, Electronic Equipment As Well As Multimedia Programs And Software To Be Launched As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Launched On The Day Of Their Delivery, The Software Installed, And Employees Trained By The Contracting Authority Trained From Their Operation. The Employer Also Requires The Supplied Assortment Covering The Workshops Equipment To Be Brought By The Contractor On The Day Of Delivery, Unpacked And Comprehensively Installed. 4. The Goods Supplied By The Contractor, Which Will Be Not In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Shall Be Considered Missing. 7. In The Event That The Contractor Provided The Goods Damaged Or Not Delivered, He Is Obliged To Deliver It On His Own Expense On The Next Business Day To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 8.
