1. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Assortment Covering The Workshops Equipment Be Discharged And Unpacked On The Day Of Delivery. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Order, Electronic Equipment As Well As Multimedia Programs And Software To Be Launched As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Launched On The Day Of Their Delivery, The Software Installed, And Employees Trained By The Contracting Authority Trained From Their Operation. The Employer Also Requires The Supplied Assortment Covering The Workshops Equipment To Be Brought By The Contractor On The Day Of Delivery, Unpacked And Comprehensively Installed. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine With The Employer The Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Work Hours Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract In Person And To Take Part In Its Unpacking To Determine Any Damage Or Shortages In Delivery. 6. The Goods Supplied By The Contractor, Which Will Be Not In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Shall Be Considered Missing. 7. In The Event That The Contractor Provided The Goods Damaged Or Not Delivered, He Is Obliged To Deliver It On His Own Expense On The Next Business Day To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 8. Each Element Of Delivery Under This Procedure Should Be Brand New, Have No Signs Of Use, Have An Original Packaging. 9. The Employer Informs That The Supply Of Equipment Is Carried Out To An Educational Institution Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 361, As Amended), And The Subject Of The Contract - The Selected Components - Is The Computer Equipment - The Goods Listed In Annex 8 To The Act On Tax On Goods And Services. The Employer Declares That The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Receive A Contract Confirmed By The Body Supervising The Educational Institution, In Accordance With Separate Provisions10. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Minimum Warranty Period Of The Delivered Equipment Be 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 10.1. The Period Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract Begins From The Date Of Signing The Incorrect Acceptance Protocol. 10.2. During The Quality Guarantee Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within Max.
