Services Constituting The Subject Of This Agreement Will Be Provided In Buildings And In The Areas Listed In Annex 2 To Swz (Address List), Which Are Administered By The Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Lokalowa In Świętochłowice Sp. Z O.O. Through: 1) Administration Of Residential Houses No. 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As: Adm 2) - Ul. Wallisa 2, 41-605 Świętochłowice; 2) Administration Of Residential Houses No. 3 (Hereinafter Referred To As: Adm 3)-Ul. Katowicka 33, 41-600 Świętochłowice. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, Scope I - Maintaining Order And Cleanliness Inside Buildings (Including Staircases, Corridors, Basements, Dryers, Attics, Bicycle, Pram, Etc.). Current Areas Covered By Scope And As Of 30.06.2025 Are A Total Of 63,355.13 M2, Including:- District Of Residential Houses Administration No. 2 (Hereinafter: Adm 2)- 41.773.00 M2;- District Of Administration Of Residential Houses No. 3 (Hereinafter: Adm 3)- 21.582.13 M2.2) Snow Removal In Winter. Current Areas Covered By Scope Ii As Of 30.06.2025 Are A Total Of 26,597.67 M2, Including:- Adm 2- 18,910.67 M2;- Adm 3- 7.687.00 M2.3 Area) Current Areas Covered By The Scope Iii As Of 30.06.2025 Are A Total Of 57,542.44 M2, Including:- Adm 2- 36.663.44 M2;- Adm Area 3- 20.879.00 M2.4) Rozka Iv- Export Of Large-Size Waste And Other Waste Based On A Written Notification Of The Administration Of Residential Houses No. 2 And 3. The Service Includes Loading And Removal (Transport) Of Waste To The Landfill, To The Municipal Collection Of Hazardous And Bulky Waste Collection Or To The Selective Collection Point. The Estimated Amount Of Large -Size Waste And Other Waste Is: 250 Tons. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Services To Perform Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.6. Employment Requirement Under An Employment Contract: The Contracting Authority Requires The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under The Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025 Item 277) Real Estate, Washing Space Within Real Estate, In Accordance With The Scope Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz - Sopz. The Landlord Does Not Require Employment Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Ad Hoc Work, I.E. Once In Half, Twice A Year, Snow Removal And Activities Related To The Coordination Of Services.
