The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services (Preparation, Cooking And Delivery Of Ready-Made Hot Meals) To The Senior+Day House In Ołpiny 38-247 Ołpina 368 In The Period Up To 160 Days From The Award Of The Contract. According To The Specification: A Two -Course Dinner (Soup And Second Dish). Determination Of The Subject Of The Code Of The Code According To The Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 55321000-6-Meal Preparation Services 55.52.00.00-1 Meals Supplying Meals 55.32.10.00-6 Services Preparation Seriesment Serial Services Requirements: 1. The Order Includes The Provision Of A Service For A Maximum Of 16 People A Day For All Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Prepared Meals Must Be Made On The Day Of Delivery, With A High Nutritional Value, Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Collective Nutrition, Adapted To The Elderly. In Terms Of Quality And Technology, Specific Nutritional Standards Should Meet, The Menu Should Be Varied, Taking Into Account The Seasonality Of Products. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Meals From Products Purchased On Their Own, Having Current Expiration Terms, Without The Addition Of Substitute Preparations, Preparations That Increase Volume And Other Affecting The Change Of Taste, Smell, Consistency Of Dishes, Etc. Non -Meat And Canned Cans Are Not Allowed, As Well As Serving Meals Prepared On The Basis Of Fast Food. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark Individual Containers In An External Designation In A Way That Allows Them To Be Distinguished By Their Diet. 5. When Planning Meals, The Recommended Caloric Value Of The Meal Should Be Taken Into Account, Taking Into Account The Energy Demand For The Elderly And The Norms Of Products From Each Group, As Well As The Nutritional Value
