1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of The Organization And Conduct Of A Practical Driving Course Category T And Setting The First Date Of The State Exam For Students And Participants Of The Kkz (Qualified Vocational Courses) For The School Complex Of The Agricultural Training Center In Sędziejowice. 2. The Deadline For The Subject Of The Contract: A) For Eligible Vocational Courses - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To 30.11.2025, For Students - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To 31.12.2025. 3. Number Of Course Participants - 20 Students/Students And 5 Qualifying Students Of Vocational Courses From The School Of The Agricultural Education School Władysław Grabski In Sędziejowice. 4. The Place Of Implementation Of Practical Classes Will Be Provided By The Contractor. 5. Dates Of Practical Classes Are Determined By The Contractor After Agreeing With The Person Appointed By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As The Coordinator. Classes Will Be Adapted To The Students Class Plan. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Necessary Equipment Enabling Efficient Training/Course And Conducting An Internal Exam. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) The Provisions Of The Act Of 5 January 2011. (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1885), C) Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Examination Of Applicants For The Right To Drive Vehicles, Training, Examination And Obtaining Permissions By Examiners And Templates Of Documents Used In These Cases Of November 24, 2023. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Practical Part 20 (Clock) And Didactic Materials - For A Single Student/Student. 2) Verification Of The Acquired Knowledge And Issuing A Certificate Confirming The Completion Of The Course Along With A Description Of The Course Program And The Effects Achieved By The Participants. 3) Issuing A Certificate Of Completion Of The Course, A List Of Persons Who Issued A Certificate Along With Copies Of Issued Certificates, The Contractor Shall Provide The Coordinator. 4) Agreement With The Coordinator At The Latest Within 5 Days Of The Conclusion Of The Contract Schedule Taking Into Account The Restrictions Of Students/Students Related To School Obligations 5) Independent Of The Employer, In Particular Changes In School Classes, 6) The Contractor Provides Training Materials For Classes As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
