Tenders Are Invited For Support For Ferry Crossing Along Poviat Road No. 1408 O On The Odra River In Zdzieszowice

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Under The Name Handling Of Ferry Crossing Along Poviat Road No. 1408 O On The Odra River In Zdzieszowice. The Service Will Consist Of: 1) Ferry Transport, 2) Maintaining The Operational Continuity Of The Ferry Józef Registration Number Koź -03-039 And To Ensure The Appropriate Technical Condition Of The Ferry In Accordance With The Act Of 21 December 2000 On Inland Navigation (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 18) And Enforcement Provisions In Force In This Respect, 3) Every Day Between 05:00 And 23:00 In Accordance With The Schedule Of The Ferry Functioning Constituting Annex 2 To The Ppu, Excluding The Situations Specified In § 2 Para. 3 And 4 Of Contracts2. The Detailed Duties Of The Contractor Also Include: 1) Performing The Service With Due Diligence, 2) Providing Service To The Ferry Crossing By A Person With A Sailing Patent For Inland Navigation Carrier, 3) Keeping The Ferry Swimming Diary On An Ongoing Basis - Annex 6 To Ppu. The Ferry Swimming Journal Is The Basis For The Settlement, The Preparation Of A Monthly Report And Possible Control Of The Order, 4) Taking Care Of The Proper Technical Condition Of The Ferry And The Entire Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Ferry Crossing, 5) Maintaining Cleanliness And Readability Of Informing Boards, Both On The Crossing And On The Crossing Of The Crossing And Maintaining Shipping Characters Regarding The Ferry, 6) Keeping In Clean Neatness Of The Appearance Of The Crew Serving The Ferry, 7) Equipment For The Crew Serving The Ferry In: A) Reflective Vests With The Logo Or Name Of The Company Serving The Ferry, B) Telephone To Ensure 24 -Hour Permanent Telephone Communication, 8) Protection Against The Destruction And Theft Of The Ferry And All Equipment, 9) Immediately Informing Persons Appointed By The Employer, Pursuant To § 3 Para. 3 Point 1 Of The Ppu, About Irregularities Arising During The Current Maintenance Of The Ferry Crossing, The Needs Of Relevant Repairs As Well As All Situations That May Pose A Threat To The Crossing And Adverse Atmospheric Phenomena Affecting The Crossing, 10) Compliance With The Provisions Governing The Principles Of Transport By Ferry, 11) Strictly Complying With The Prohibition Of Pulling The Rope By Persons Using The Crossing, 12) A Ferry Of Conditions Required By Pip, Ohs And Sanitary Regulations, 13) Making Minor Repairs Related To The Current Maintenance Of The Ferry, 14) Maintaining Order And Cleanliness On The Ferry And Its Surroundings, As Well As Snow Removal And Combat Slippery On The Ferry And On The Sections Of The Road From Barriers To The Entrance To The Ferry During Winter, 15) Providing Material For Combating Slippery, 16) Protection Of The Ferry Nocna, Together With The Daily Marking Mooring/ Uncouraging, 17) Maintaining The Marking Of Vertical Dams, 18) Labeling Of Roads At The Time Of Parking At High Water, 19) Adequate Protection Of The Ferry In The Cases Described In Points 8 And 9, Includi
