The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Rescue Security Service By Performing Rescue Duty At The Swimming Pool Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Żoliborz District. The Order Of The Order: Swimming Pool At Ul. Potocka 1 In Warsaw. Opening Hours Of The Swimming Pool: On Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 23:00, Friday, Saturday 06:00 - 01:00 Sunday 6:00 - 23:00. The Contractors Duties: The Contracting Authority Has Rescuers Employed Under A Contract Of Employment And Task Of The Contractor Will Be To Supplement The Rescue Of The Rescue Of The Swimming Pool. The Contractor Will Carry Out Activities In The Field Of Water Rescue Consisting In Conducting Rescue Operations, In Particular To Organize And Provide Assistance To People Who Have Had An Accident Or Are Exposed To The Danger Of Losing Their Lives Or Health In The Water Area. The Service Will Be Provided At The Place Used For Bathing In Accordance With Applicable Law, I.E. Supervision Over The Safety Of People Using The Swimming Pool Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Żoliborz District, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Detailed Scope Of Obligations Is Determined By The Provisions Of The Act Of 18 August 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended) Together With Applicable Ordinances And Legal Provisions In Connection With The Occurrence Of An Epidemic Or Epidemic State; Provisions Of The Regulations Of The Facilities, In Particular The Limits Of Persons Who Could Use The Facilities, The Number Of Persons Who Could Use The Tracks In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Including The Swimming Pool Regulations; C.
