The List Of Equipment And Medical Apparatus Covered By The Service Is In Annex 1 To This Swz - Price Calculation. 2. The Service In Question Includes In Particular:- Performance Of: Planned Maintenance And Review Activities, Taking Into Account The Control Of The Consumption Of Mechanical Parts, Replacement Of Useful Parts Or Consumables (Including Light Bulb, Battery, Fuse, Gasket, Etc.), Performing Current Repairs,- Technical Supervision Over Entrusted Equipment,- Issuing A Service Report And Entry In The Operation Of Equipment (Technical Passport) Made Activities,- Legalization, Calibration, Validation (If Concerned)- Checking The Installation (Mechanical Safety, Checking Electrical Safety, Taking Into Account The Effectiveness Of Zeroing Or Grounding),- Setting (Regulation) Required By The Manufacturer Parameters,- Drawing Up Decisions On The State Of Devices Not Repaired,- The Scope Of Activities Performed As Part Of The Inspections And The Dates Of Their Performance Should Be In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations By Law
