3 1) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply: A) Back -Up Software; B) Ssd Sas For Disk Matrix - 2 Pcs. 2) Detailed Description And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.2. Important Measures: 1) The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 107 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. It Requires The Contractor To Submit The Following Means Of Evidence Together With The Offer For The Purpose Of Assessing The Offers:  Card To Meet The Minimum Product Requirements - Annex 9 To Swz.2) The Contracting Authority Informs That Pursuant To Art. 107 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Means Of Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Evidence In Question Is Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Will Call For Them To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Period. 3) The Employer May Demand Explanations From The Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Subjective Measures. 3. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The People Allow The Submission Of Offers Containing Goods (Equivalent Materials And Devices, And All Goods (Materials And Devices) Specified In The Documentation, From Specific Manufacturers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features, Which The Goods Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor May Refer To The Use Of Goods (Materials And Devices) Described In The Specifications (Materials And Devices) The Terms Of The Contract, By Submitting A List Of Goods (Materials And Devices) Of Equivalent. When Analyzing The Technical Description, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Word. In The Case Of The Technical Description Or Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Works, Trademarks Have Been Used, This Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. And Quality Similar Or Better, Whose Application In No Way Will Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Descriptions. Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Contracting Authority. Labels Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party.
