The Subject Of The Contract Is The Transport Of Disabled Students Residing In The Dębe Wielkie Commune From The Place Of Residence To Schools And Educational Institutions And Back Together With Providing Care During The Transport In The 2025/2026 School Year In Order To Fulfill The School Obligation And The Obligation To Study Students Pursuant To Art. 39 Para. 1 And 2 Of The Act Of 14 December 2016 Educational Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737, As Amended) (From Home To School/Educational Institution And Back). The Provision Of The Service Is Related To The Transport Of Disabled Students Residing In The Dębe Wielkie Commune (From Home To School/Educational Institution And Back) Together With Providing Them With Care During Transport (Vehicle With A Driver And Guardian) On All Days Of School Education Or Rehabilitation And Educational Days, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2025/2026 School Year, Including Exceptional Situations, Including Taken On The Basis Of Legal Provisions, Including Ordinances, As Well As Decisions, Orders, Recommendations Or Guidelines Of Public Authorities, I.E. Amendments, Including Suspension Of Science Or Limiting/Reducing The Number Of Days Of School Education Or Limitation/Reduction Of The Number Of Days Of Stationary Science Due To The Introduction Of Remote Science, In Particular In The Event Of An Announcement Of An Epidemic Threat, As Well As An Announcement Of The State Of Epidemics Of Various Infectious Diseases, Including Covid-19.
