Tenders Are Invited For Refuse And Waste Related Services - Delegation Of The Management Of The Waste Sorting Activity, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Collected Separately From Municipal Waste To Sorting Stations, Including Transport Residues Resulting From Waste Warehouses And/Or To Energy Recovery Installations, For Sector 1 Of The Municipality.

Refuse And Waste Related Services - Delegation Of The Management Of The Waste Sorting Activity, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Collected Separately From Municipal Waste To Sorting Stations, Including Transport Residues Resulting From Waste Warehouses And/Or To Energy Recovery Installations, For Sector 1 Of The Municipality.. The Activity Of The Sanitation Service That Is Delegated By The Present Procedure, Is According To Art. 2, Para. (3), Letter. D) Of Law No. 101/2006 Republished With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions Sorting Of Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Collected Separately From Municipal Waste To Sorting Stations, Including Transport Residues Resulting From Waste Deposits And/Or Energy Recovery Facilities. The Sanitation Activity That Will Be Performed At The Level Of The Delegation Contract By Concession Of Services That Will Be Assigned As A Result Of The Present Procedure, Includes: Sorting The Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Collected Separately From The Municipal Waste; The Transport Of Residues To The Landfill In The Town Of Vidra (With Which The Contracting Entity Has A Delegation Contract); Transport Of Combustible Residues (Rdf) To An Energy Recovery System (With Which The Operator Has A Contract). The Categories Of Waste That Are The Subject Of The Delegation Contract Are The Following: The Fractions Of Recyclable Waste From The Household Waste; Fractions Of Recyclable Waste From Similar Waste, Including Recyclable Waste In Markets; The Household And Similar Recyclable Waste (Including The Waste In The Markets) Will Reach The Sorting Station Collected On 4 Fractions, Namely: Paper/Cardboard, Plastic, Metal And Glass. Recyclable Waste Of Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metal Will Be Sorted, And Glass Waste Will Be Temporarily Stored On The Site For Transport To Recycler. The Estimated Quantities Of Recyclable Waste, Including Impurities, Estimated To Be Collected Separately Are: - 35,067 Tonnes In The First Year Of Which 1,901 Tonnes Is Glass; - 34,121 Tons In The Second Year Of Which 1,120 Tons Is Glass; - 34,212 Tons In The Third Year Of Which 1,122 Tonnes Is Glass; - 34,302 Tons In The Fourth Year Of Which 1,125 Tonnes Is Glass; - 34,393 Tonnes In Year V, Of Which 1,128 Tons Is Glass; The Quantities Presented Have An Estimated Degree Of Variation Of ± 25%. This Activity Is Provided By The Operator Designated In Exclusive Regime In The Delegation Area. The Operator Of The Sanitation Service Will Provide The Detailed Services In The Specifications And In The Award Documentation.
