The Proposer must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet: 3.000.000 USD monthly cash-flow requirements. Participation as contractor, joint venture member, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least 1 contract within the last five years, each with a value of at least 30.000.000 USD, that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are in shipbuilding sector.
