Request for proposals for Tenders are Invited for Design, Supply and Management for Construction of Two Ro-Ro Rail Wagon Carriers One Dry Cargo Vessel Submission of audited balance sheets or other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last three (3) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Proposers financial position and its prospective long term profitability. Minimum average annual turnover in shipbuilding sector of 20.000.000 USD, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last five years. The Proposer must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet: 3.000.000 USD monthly cash-flow requirements. Participation as contractor, joint venture member, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least 1 contract within the last five years, each with a value of at least 30.000.000 USD, that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are in shipbuilding sector.
