This Rfp Is Being Issued By Provincial Health Services Authority (“Phsa”) On Behalf Of Itself And As An Agent For Each Of The Health Authorities To Identify A Proponent Or Proponents To Enter Into A Non-Exclusive Contract Between A Proponent(S) And The Health Authorities, For The Supply Of Unscheduled Courier Services On An “As And When Required” Basis By Geographical Service Area, As Further Described In Appendix I [Specifications], To Support The Health Authorities Facilities Listed In Appendixb [List Of Participating Health Authority Facilities] (The “Services”).Any Contract Resulting From This Rfp May Be Executed By Phsa On Its’ Own Behalf And As Agent For The Health Authorities.
