This Is A Sole Source Notification Of Oregon Department Of Fish And Wildlife (Odfw) Intent To Award A Contract To International Hunter Education Association U.S.A (Ihea-Usa). The Odfw Hunter And Education Program Is Seeking To Procure A Virtual Reality (Vr) Field Trial Program Through Ihea-Usa In Collaboration With Boise State University. The Customized Vr Program Will Be Used As Both An Educational Tool In Hunter Education Classes And An Outreach Experience At Public Events.
