Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Poznań University Of Technology.. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply Of Electricity In The Planned Quantity: 8 782.92 Mwh From 01.10.2025 To 30.09.2026. The Planned Amount Of Electricity Is A Forecast Amount, Given To Calculate The Offer Price By The Contractor For The Purposes Of The Contracting Authority Assessment Of Offers As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Contract, Based On The Actual Electricity Consumption By The Employer, In The Amount Constituting The Product Declared By The Contractor Of The Unit Price For Mwh And The Amount Of Electricity Used. The Contractor Will Not Bring Any Claims For The Contracting Authority Not Used The Entire Planned Amount Of Electricity. The Employer Guarantees Consumption At A Level Not Lower Than 60% Of The Estimated Electricity Consumption For All Ppe Together.
