Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas-Parks, Green Spaces And Childrens Playgrounds, From Săcele (48 Months Agreement) Playgrounds.. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Consists In The Provision Of The Services Of Arrangement And Maintenance Of Parks, Green Spaces And Playgrounds For Children, From The Municipality Of Săcele. Based On The Framework Agreement, It Is Provided For The Award Of 4 Subsequent Contracts, With An Annual Frequency. The Provision Of Services Will Be Carried Out Within The Term Established For Each Subsequent Contract, In Accordance With The Graph Of Providing The Services Proposed By The Provider And Approved By The Contracting Authority. The Types Of Services Requested, The Locations In Which They Are Required, With The Related Areas, As Well As The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Estimated For A Subsequent Contract And For The Framework Agreement Are Detailed In The Centralizer Annexed To The Specification. The Estimated Quantities That Can Be Purchased Under This Framework Agreement, Detailed In The Centralizer Cossack Cark: Minimum 11,200 Sqm - Maximum 22,400 Sqm; • A.2.1) Mowed Grass <40 Cm: Minimum 683,760 Sqm - Maximum 1,087,680 Sqm; • A.2.2) Mowed Grass> 40 Cm: Minimum 85,000 Sqm-Maximum 101,000 Sqm • A.3) Living Fence Trimming: Minimum 21,600 Ml-Maximum 42,000 Ml These Quantities Represent Estimates Of Some Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Can Be Smaller, Equal To The Ones, Of The Contracting Authority And The Funds Available At The Time Of The Conclusion Of Each Subsequent Contract. The Bidders Will Consider That The Services Must Be Provided Simultaneously On Different Sites, Within An Optimal Time, Which Is Why It Will Be Necessary To Ensure At Least 3 Working Teams, Each Made Up Of At Least 1 Qualified Worker And At Least 3 Unqualified. In This Regard, The Bidders Have The Obligation To Ensure The Following Personnel For The Implementation Of The Contract: A) At Least 1 Contract Manager / Coordinator, Responsible For Taking Orders From The Contracting Authority, Organizing And Coordinating The Activities And Working Teams; B) Minimum 3 Skilled Workers For The Maintenance Of Green / Workers In The Vegetable / Landscape Sector, For Carrying Out The Trimming / Mowing Activities Of The Grass And The Lawn, Living Fence And Ornamental Bushes; C) Minimum 9 Unskilled Workers For Carrying Out The Various Related Activities, Respectively: Weed, Raculation, The Evacuation Of Vegetable Residues And Waste, Etc; D) At Least 2 Drivers For The Transport Of Personnel, Equipment And For Evacuation Of Waste Resulting From The Specific Activities. Also, The Bidders Have The Obligation To Ensure At Least The Following Equipment, Equipment And Facilities For The Implementation Of The Contract: A) Minimum 2 Vehicles Of 4+1 Places For The Transport Of Personnel And Equipment And For The Evacuation Of Waste Resulting
