Child Daycare Services-Public Service Concession For The Exploitation Of Multi-Reception Structures And Micro-Crèches Of The Pays De Châteaugiron Community. The Contract Subject To This Notice Constitutes A Public Service Concession Contract Within The Meaning Of Articles L. 1121-3 Of The Public Procurement Code And L. 1411-1 And Following And R1411-1 And Following Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For Lexploitation And Management (Administrative, Technical And Financial) As Well As Lentretian And The Maintenance Of The 2 Multi-Reception Structures And The 2 Micro-Crèches (Including One In Forecast Opening At The End Of The 1St Quarter 2027) Of The Country Of Châteaugiron Community. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For Lexploitation And Administrative, Technical And Financial Management As Well As Lentretian And The Maintenance Of The 2 Multi-Reception Structures Of 35 Places Each Libellule (Châteaugiron) And Coccinelle (Noyal-Sur-Vilaine), The Micro-Crèche Les Abeilles With 12 Places (Servon-Sur-Vilaine) And The Future Micro-Crèche (Piré -Chancé) Of Which Provisional Louverture Is Scheduled For The End Of The First Quarter 2027. Conditions Of The Concession Of The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Following Missions: 1. Daily Management - Reception Of Children From 10 Weeks To 3 Years Old And 4 Years Exceptional - Restoration, Maintenance Of Premises, Application Of The Standards Of Hygiene 2. Management Of Staff 3. Partners And Educational Project 4. Installations 6. Acquisition Of Certain Equipment Necessary For The Service Of The Service. The Community Manages The Pre-Registration Of Families Via Its Early Childhood Service, The Monitoring And Lactualization Of The Datente List.
