In The Cubillos Del Sil Technology Development Center, It Is Planned To Have Different Facilities For The Validation Of Green Hydrogen Production Technologies And Energy Storage: A High Temperature Electrolyzer Soec, A Photovoltaic Plant, Energy Storage Systems With Lithium Ion And Sulfur Sodium Technologies And An Energy Storage System In Batteries With Redox Vain Flow Technology Among Others. These Types Of Facilities Would Form A Democated Energy Critical Infrastructure On A Commercial Scale, Constituting A Microgrid One, Whose Joint Operation Is Based On An Integral Management Of The Different Systems, Systems Whose Relocation Requires An Interconnectivity Of Quality And Very High Availability, Using The Internet Network These Systems, They Must Be Duly Securized In Front Of Cybercovers, Pursuing Compliance With The Nis2 That Will Be Transcribed To A Law Mandatory In Its Entry Into Force Within A Nearby Period. Therefore, It Is Vitally Important To Implement A Cybersecurity System With The Objective Of: Increase The Protection Of Digital Assets And Critical Infrastructure Improve The Detection, Analysis And Response Capacities Against Cyber -Cyber Threats. Strengthen Technological Sovereignty In Cybersecurity, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Prtr And The Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Together, The Laboratory Responds To The Following Objectives Of The C15.I7 Of The Prtr: Reinforcement Of National Cybersecurity Capacities, Applied To A Critical Energy Environment. Development Of Technical Infrastructure That Facilitate The Experimentation, Validation And Deployment Of Cyber Threat Protection Solutions. Contribution To The Creation Of A National Cybersecurity Ecosystem Applied To The Industrial And Energy Field. The City Of Energy Foundation - Ciuden F.S.P., And The State Commercial Company National Cybersecurity Institute Of Spain M.P, S.A., Have Signed On March 10, 2025 An Agreement That Has As Its Object The Collaboration In Activities And Initiatives That Allow Progress In The Dissemination Of The Knowledge Of Industrial Cybersecurity, Both Among Citizens And Among The Business Sector. To Respond To The Needs Described Above, The Creation Of The National Laboratory Of Industrial Cybersecurity Focused On Energy Infrastructure Is Required Including Energy Storage And Particularly In Green Hydrogen Production Systems. This Laboratory Will Be A Source Of Information And Knowledge Through Industrial Cybersecurity Projects Carried Out In An Industrial Real Environment, Which Will Allow The Development Of Concept Evidence On Real Facilities In Operation As Well As Digital Twins; The Delivery Of Training Activities, Training And Table Exercises In The Field Of Cri -Infrastructure Defense
