The Subject Of The Order Is The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In A Size Of About 160 Km With Mechanical Equipment In The Kobierzyce Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Winter Road Maintenance Standard Includes Annex 11 To Swz. The List Of Municipal Roads Is Described In Annex 10 To Swz. 2. The Contractor Should Have Enough Vehicles Adapted To Snow Removal, Removing Icy Roads In Order To Ensure Continuity Of Work Related To The Provision Of Snow Removal Services, The Minimum Requirements Are: -4 Sets Of Mini -Snowstocks For Narrow Roads And Pavements (Plow Or Passer Sweeper Width From 0.5 To 1.2M) -2 Sets: Snow Plow -4 Sets: Tractor + Plow + Spreader With A Capacity Of 6-7 Tons -1 Set Of Charger Or Backhoe Loader Or Plowing -4 Vehicles For Narrower Roads Blade 1.2 To 2.0M. The Year Of Production Of The Above -Mentioned Vehicles Should Be Not Older Than 2010. 3. Vehicles Used To Perform The Contract, Should Be Equipped With A Satellite Equipment Monitoring System (Gps), Based On A Satellite Positioning System, Enabling Permanent Saving, Storage And Reading Of Data On The Location Of The Vehicle And Parking Spaces And Camera With Live View. Cameras At Least 2 Pcs. Mounted Front And Rear Of The Vehicle With Direct Online Access For The Employer. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Available On Request Of The Current And Archival Readings Indicated By Monitoring Based On The Satellite Positioning System. A Minimum Of A Week Back. 5. Material For Sprinkling: For One Season Of Maintenance Of Winter Roads About 160 Km, About 4,000 Tons Of Salt Mixture With Sand (Rinsed) Should Be Predicted. The Proportion Of The Material For Sprinkling Should Be: - 30% Salt, 70% Sand 6. The Contractors Material Base Should Be Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 20 Km From The Borders Of The Kobierzyce Commune And Equipped With Rooms For Storing Materials For The Winter (Salt And Sand).
