Contractors Invited To Participate In The Next Stage Of The Procedure, I.E. Together With The Invitation To Negotiate, Will Receive A Full Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Part Ii Of Opw). A) Contractors Are Obliged To Submit Declarations Of Confidentiality Together With The Application For Admission To The Proceedings (Templates In Part Iii Opiw). B) Information Constituting The Secret Of The Enterprise Will Be Forwarded To The Contractor In A Form Encrypted Via The Purchasing Platform. The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor In The Application Will Be Sent To Decrypt These Documents. 3) The Purchaser Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5) The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor In Person. 6) The Employer Emphasizes That This Procedure Is Conducted In The Sector Negotiations Procedure With The Announcement. This Means That After Submitting Applications, With Contractors Qualified For The Second Stage, The Terms Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Negotiated (They Cannot Lead To A Change In The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular The Data Indicated In The Contract Notice).
