Order Processing: 2-3 September 2025. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Date Of The Contract, With The Conference To Be Organized Until October 16, 2025. 3. Location Of The Conference: The Place Of Organization Of The Conference Should Be Located In The Facility Intended For The Provision Of Conference And Gastronomic Services, Along With The Accommodation Base Located In The Podlasie Voivodship Within The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Białystok. Accommodation Should Be Provided At A Hotel With A Standard Of At Least 4*, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of § 2 Para. 2 Point 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of 19 August 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws 2017, Item 2166 As Amended), Entered In The Central Register Of Hotel Facilities. 4. Number Of Participants: The Conference Will Be Attended By A Minimum Of 45 People And A Maximum Of 50 People, With The Proviso That The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Given The Contractor Within A Time Not Later Than 3 Calendar Days Before The Conference. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Guarantees Min. Number, I.E. 45 Participants. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Negotiations To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 7.
