Lot 1 - Payroll System, Which Must Comply With Current Legislation, As Well As The Requirements Of The Paraíba State Court Of Auditors - Compatibility With The Sagres System. Software - Personnel Management System Aimed At The Public Area - Must Enable The Full Registration Of The Employee, Including Photo, And Generation Of Files In Their Updated Layouts For Sefip, Dirf, Rais, Manad, Siprev, Sagres -Tce -Pb And Consigcil. It Should Also Be Suitable To Work With The Banking Network; Allow Users/Access Profile Management; Online Paycheck Issuance, Personalized Forms Of Calculations, Including For 13Th, Vacation, 1/3 Vacation And Export Data To Spreadsheets; And Issuance Of Various Reports: Monthly Comparison, Dictate Case - Integration With Microsoft Word For Generation Of Employment Contract, Ordinances, Among Others. Technical Support Should Be Made Available To Users And Due Maintenance Of The System Should Be Made, Especially Regarding The Changes Arising From Changes In The Relevant Legislation. The System Should Enable Its Operationalization And Access In An Integrated Manner, Of At Least Three Disrespect In The Headquarters Of The Following Entities Of This Municipality: City Hall; Social Assistance Fund; And Health Fund., Lot 1 - Public Accounting System Integrated With The Public Transparency Portal, Which Must Comply With Current Legislation And Rules, As Well As The Requirements Of The Paraíba State Court Of Auditors - Compatibility With The Sagres -Tce -Pb System. The Software - Accounting Management Focused On The Public Area - Should Enable Budgetary, Equity And Financial Control, Through Printed And Magnetic Reports, Allowing, Among Others, The Monitoring Of Mandatory Indices Such As The Minimum Percentages Of Health And Education Application. Integrated Public Transparency Portal: Software Should Enable The Generation Of Accounting Data For The Transparency Portal -Extracting Accounting Database Information For Automatic Food; The System Must Comply With Complementary Law 131/2009, And Allows Easy Access To Information Such As Public Revenues And Expenses, Server Information And Purchasing Information. It Should Have Tax Reports, Such As Fiscal Management Report And Summary Budget Execution Report. The System Should Have Access Control Mechanism For Data Feed. Technical Support Should Be Made Available To Users And The Proper Maintenance Of The System, Lot 1 - Digital Tax Retention System And Other Tax Information, Which Should Work Integrated Into The Accounting System To Send Efd -Reint Information, Social Security And Irrf, According To In Rfb 1234/2012, Updated By In Rfb 2043/2021.
