Are Eligible For This Call For Tenders, The Installations Not Eligible For A Purchase Contract Taken Under A Decree Mentioned In Article R. 314-12 Of The Energy Code And Which Are:-Photovoltaic Installations On The Ground, Or; - Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings, Greenhouses, Hangars Or Shades (Designated By Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings In The Suite), Or; - Hydroelectric Installations, Or; - Wind Installations. For Photovoltaic Installations On The Ground, An Additional Eligibility Condition For This Call For Tenders Is That Their Power Is Between 500 Kwc And 30 Mwc For Projects On The Ground Corresponding To Cases 1 And 2 Of Paragraph 2.6 Of The Specifications And Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwc For Projects On The Ground Corresponding To Case 3 Of Paragraph 2.6 Of The Specifications. For Photovoltaic Installations On Buildings, Crest Power Installations Strictly Greater Than 500 Kwc Are Eligible. For Hydroelectric Installations, An Additional Eligibility Condition For This Call For Tenders Is That The Installations Are New Installations, Of A Installed Power Greater Than Or Equal To 1 Mw, Which Are Not Subject To The Hydraulic Concessions Regime In Application Of Article L. 511-5 Of The Energy Code, Nor Included Within The Perimeter Of An Existing Hydraulic Concession, And Correspond To One Of The Two Families: 1. Family 1: Installations Located On New Sites, Of Installed Power Greater Than Or Equal To 1 Mw The Installations Eligible For This Family Are The Installations Verifying All Of The Following Conditions: - New Hydroelectric Installations With New Water Intake Structures; -Installations Not Providing For Any Exploitation Of Water Intake Structures Located On Sections Of Rivers Classified In The List Mentioned In 1O Of The I Of Larticle L. 214-17 Of The Lenvironnement Code; 2. Family 2: Installations Equipping With Existing Thresholds, Of Installed Power Greater Than Or Equal To 1 Mw The Installations Eligible For This Family Are The Installations Checking All Of The Following Conditions: - New Hydroelectric Installations With Existing Water Intake Structures; -When The Installation Is Located On The Rivers Classified In The Lists Mentioned At 1O Of I. Of Article L. 214-17 Of The Environment Code, Installations With Ichthyo-Compatible Turbines, Or If It Is Shown That Such Turbines Cannot Be Installed, Ichthy-Compatible Water Intakes. The Cumulative Power Called Is Divided Into Candidacy Periods, Drying Over Five Years.
