The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Providing Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service For Employees Of The University Of Gdańsk. 2. Classification Of The Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 92000000-1 (Recreational, Cultural And Sports Services), 92600000-7 (Sports Services), 92610000-0 (Services Provided By Sports Centers), 92330000-3 (Services Provided By Recreational Centers). 3. The Contractor Provides: 1) For Unlimited Packages (Min. One Service Without Payments): Unlimited And Unlimited Access To A Minimum Of 3440 Sports And Recreation Facilities Conducting Sports And Recreation Services In Poland, Of Which Min. 220 Facilities In The Pomeranian Voivodeship And Min. 110 Facilities In The Tri-City (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia), 2) For Limited Packages- 8 Entries Per Month (Min. One Service Without Payments): Unlimited Access To A Minimum Of 3440 Sports And Recreational Facilities Conducting Sports And Recreation Services In Poland, Of Which Min. 220 Facilities In The Pomeranian Voivodeship And Min. 110 Facilities In The Tri -City (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia). *If Two Independent Entities Providing Services Have Been Located In Separate Premises Of The Same Building, Then They Will Be Classified As Two Separate Sports And Recreation Facilities. The Burden Of Proving The Above Fact Lies With The Contractor. 4. Access To The Abovementioned Facilities Must Be Unlimited Temporarily, I.E. Giving Access To The Selected Service 7 Days A Week And Once Not For 60 Minutes, Unless Because Of The Safety Of The Participant This Time Should Be Shorter Or Was Determined In Advance By The Object. 5. The Contractor In The Declared Number Of Sports And Recreation Facilities Indicated In The Offer Form - Annex 1 To Swz, Provides Access To Sports And Recreation Services For Each Of The Packages, In Particular: Aerobic, Fitness, Aqua Aerobic, Swimming Pool, Ice Rink, Sauna, Climbing Wall, Gym, Spinning, Martial Arts, Nordic. Walking, Tennis. 6. The Employer Allows Subsidies To Customary Services (Premium) Such As Rocket Sports (Squash, Tennis, Padel, Badminton), Dance Schools, Yoga Schools, Ems, Ski Slopes, Rope Queues, Salt Grotto, Pole Dance, Swimming, Trampoline, Etc. 7. Every Sports And Recreation Facility Must Have An Insurance Policy. 8. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifies The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 6 To Swz And Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz. 9.
