The Requested Information System And Related Services Represent A Technological Unit With Interconnected Activities, And The Division Of The Procurement Subjects Would Result In Technical Difficulties In The Execution Of The Contract In The Event Of A Contract Of Various Economic Operators. The Extent Of The Services That The Subject Of This Procurement Is Defined In The Attached Documents (Annex 1. Technical Specification). The Bidder Must Offer The Overall Scope Of Services Required In The Procurement Documentation, Including The Analysis Of The Needs Of All Parties To The Energy Savings Process And The Creation Of A Detailed Technical Specification According To Which The Application Will Be Produced. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer And Carry Out The Service In Accordance With All The Technical And Other Conditions Specified In This Procurement Documentation.
