The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of A Legal Information System Access Service (Hereinafter: Sip) With Modules: Polish And European Law, Comments: Labor Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Public Law, Administrative Proceedings And A Module Regarding Matters Related To Debt Collection And Legal And Economic Information System (Sipg). 1.1. On The Basis Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To The Employer: 1.1.1. Grant A License For Programs And Updates For A Period Of 36 Months For: A) Sip With Access To The Intranet Licensee - For 250 Simultaneous Users; B) Sip With Online Access - For 70 Simultaneous Users; C) Sipg Optimum With Online Access - For 70 Simultaneous Users; D) Sipg Debt Register With Online Access - For 70 Simultaneous Users; E) Application Document (Ado) - For 30 Users; F) Application Editor (Are) - For 30 Users; G) Data Collection Application With Online Access - For 18 Simultaneous Users. 1.1.2. Update The Programs Within The Dates Specified In The Contract For A Period Of 36 Months; 1.1.3. Provide Warranty Services Specified In The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 3 To The Ppu Constituting Annex 6 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Swz). 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Carried Out On The Terms And Rules Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu) Together With Attachments, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
