Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissiong of Fit-out Works and Others for Ground Floor Edb Construction and Fit-Out Works o Execute masonry works including internal partitions and blockworks. o Install floor and wall finishes, including screeding, tiling, and skirting. o Carry out ceiling works as specified, including gypsum or suspended ceilings. o Perform electrical and plumbing roughing-ins and final terminations as per layout drawings. o Complete plastering, painting, and decorative finishes. 2. Fitted Furniture Works o Supply and install fixed furniture elements such as built-in cabinets, counters, reception desks, shelving, and other fitted joinery components, in accordance with the details and dimensions in the drawings. 3. Loose Furniture Works o Supply, deliver, and place loose furniture items such as desks, chairs, meeting tables, sofas, and other specified movable furniture, as per the furniture schedules and layout plans. All works shall be carried out in strict compliance with Construction Industry Authority (CIA) standards, Mauritian building regulations, and specifications in the tender documents.
