Tenders are invited for Procurement for Consultancy Services to Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (Tna) for Seychelles Airports Authority & Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority. The SAA wishes to inform interested consultant / consultancy firms that it will be procuring consultancy services to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with a Five (5) year Learning & Development Program for the Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) and Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) through the use of "Limited Bidding Method in line with Section 61 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Act of 2008. The purpose of this procurement is to enhance the Authoritys capacity to ensure optimum consistency in skills development between learning and development activities designed for and requested by both SAA and SCAA vis a vis the actual training needs in real time.
